Fall Lippies

Hello Angels! I hope all is well with everyone. I'm getting everyone organized for virtual learning and working from home. So naturally I have fall vibes on my mind. I have been looking at different lips that are masks proof. Being honest I kind of forgot about my lips with the mask on. I do my whole face then grab my mask and go.

Then as I am looking at all the fall lip colors, I’m like wait.... I need to add color back to my lips. I picked up some of the Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink Liquid colors. I already had two colors that I actually love but there are neutral colors I am having the whole ready for fall vibes going on.

So we all know what that entails, I made a Ulta order for fall lippie colors. I decided to do a makeup look for 4 of them for you. Right now Ulta actually has them buy one get one 50% off. So I just placed my order and picked up on curbside so I don't get sidetracked. One thing I really love about this brand is it stays on all day through eating, drinking, talking, and taking your masks off and on.

It has lots of pretty color options. You will need a makeup remover or else it's not coming off. It takes a little while to dry down once you apply it so I make sure to do a mirror check to ensure none is on my teeth. You only need one application. The formula is definitely sticky but it's easy to get rid of. I just used some translucent powder and lightly brushed it on my lips. I was good to go. I also used lip balm before I applied the Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink Matte. I wanted to ensure my lips were moisturized beforehand. The price point on these are very good as well, not quite $10.00. I will get into the pictures and describe the colors I chose.

I also took it up a notch and decided to style with hair and make up looks as I applied the lips. I really miss going out and getting dressed up. So this was really fun. I actually forgot about some new items that I purchased. So I decided that the red look was a date night look for a night in. I also used Lancome bi-facil double action eye makeup remover to remove the lips. I already have this on hand so I just used it while taking off the rest of my makeup and with one swipe it all came off. If you're looking for a really nice matte lip, this is the one for sure!!!
